Probably the worst experience I've had in over 5 years. Mental health services for depression and ADD used to be a background task in my life, but they made it into a forefront nightmare. Dr and staff are impersonable and will often contradict clinical findings agreed upon by well over 95% of the people in their field. For example, concern about adults using stimulants to treat ADD? Normal, I can understand that. Harassing a patient who opted for a non-stimulant instead and making claims you can abuse Straterra despite research? Pure ignorance, and their medical status should be revoked for doing this. Also hard to get appointments and they will actually hold it against you if you couldn't make an appointment because you couldn't afford to pay them (And yes, even if you called ahead to tell them this and reschedule). They shouldn't receive a dime of state funding, you might as well drop your money into a hole. I'd like to think eventually they will be better regulated and the quality of their services will improve. For now however they abuse their standing in the community and you would do best to drive a little further to receive proper services.
